Description
The punishments to which offenders are liable under the provisions of this Code are
- Death;
- Imprisonment for life;
- Repealed by Act 17 of 1949
- Imprisonment, which is of two descriptions, namely:-
- Rigorous, that is with hard labour;
- Simple;
- Forfeiture of property;
- Fine.
